To upload your files, go to Files > File Manager. Every files you uploaded in the public_html folder will be visible on your website (i.e., if you upload an 'index.htm' file, it will appear in yourname.com, if you create a new folder 'mypage' and upload the file 'me.htm', it will be visible at yourname.com/mypage/me.htm, and so on). Alternatively you can download a FTP software to upload the files. The original 'index.htm', file and the 'welcome' folder are safe to delete.
To create email accounts of your own (you@yourname.com), go to Email > Email Accounts. Enter the details and click 'Create Account'. Start sending or receiving emails. Your new email address will be working instantly.
